It begins with recruitment and training. We select only those individuals that share our core values and those of our clients. We look for a diverse range of ages and backgrounds to ensure we can match the right agents to the right campaigns. All new agents undergo an immersive ten-day induction and training program, created to provide all the foundation skills needed to faithfully represent one of our client’s brands.

We provide a fun, highly positive and supportive environment, where teamwork and individual progress are acknowledged and rewarded, and agents know that they are respected and valued. Support from our Training and Development team is ongoing and designed to elevate agents through our advanced skills modules to provide them with all the tools they need to succeed.
