Martyn's background in direct marketing, advertising, and fundraising on both charity and agency-side provides him with a unique perspective on the challenges of creating effective fundraising communications, managing budgets, and delivering a quality service to our clients. He's been leading the GiveTel team for over seven years now and believes the role of phone in supporter engagement and in the fundraising mix has never been more important than it is today.

Lora has been part of the team since day one, and is a true genius with data. Every successful fundraising program is built on a foundation of good quality data, and as our charity partners all know, their data is in the best possible hands when it's being looked after by Lora and her team.

Carter has been leading our coaching and development team for the past four years and during that time has moulded many hundreds of new inductees into fabulous fundraisers. He and his team nurture and support our agents to allow them time to grow and flourish in their roles. The skills they are given ensure that they can focus on forming a genuine connection with the charity supporters they speak to, and ensure that they make every call count.

Jack Robinson

Operations manager

With many years hands-on fundraising experience as an agent, team leader and campaign manager, Jack now leads our Operations team and ensures all aspects of the business run smoothly. With list management and a QA team, as well as forty plus agents working across more than a dozen campaigns, his role is pivotal in ensuring we always deliver the best possible results and the best quality calls.
