We know that quality calls are essential in fostering long-term supporter retention, so it's vital to make every call count. People remember the experience, and how we made them feel about their giving. As part of the GiveTel quality promise, we now measure and share individual supporter satisfaction scores with our charity partners.
Currently over 94% of all surveyed supporters are either satisfied or extremely satisfied with the experience of speaking with one of our team (includes acquisition campaigns and Not Interested call outcomes).

We began operations in 2011 with the aim of bringing a fresh approach to tele-fundraising in the Australian market, one centred around exceptional quality calls and first-class client service.
